Camping tickets can be added to your ticket order via the Add-On section on Eventbrite. All campers (including children) must purchase one Camping Ticket per person. If you are bringing a caravan or motorhome, you will also need to purchase one Caravan/Motorhome Pitch Fee per vehicle.

We are partnering with Yippee Tents to offer glamping in our boutique campsite on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Yes, the campsite will be open from 5pm on Thursday night.

No, the campsite will not be open to the public on Sunday night.

Free parking is available at the festival site. Please follow the signs to the main car park. If you require accessible parking, please let us know at wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com and we will send you an accessible parking pass to print.

On arrival, please follow the signs for accessible parking and have your blue badge and parking pass on display. A member of staff will direct you to our accessible parking.

Only registered assistance dogs are permitted onsite. If you plan on bringing an assistance dog, please let us know in advance by emailing us at wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com with a copy of your Assistance Dog ID card.

Before applying to bring an un-accredited or newly trained dog to the festival, we do ask that you fully consider the environment into which you are taking them. Due to the nature of We Have Ways Fest, it is likely the dog will experience densely crowded areas, high levels of noise from blank-firing artillery, and heavy vehicle movement. Please do think carefully around the welfare of the dog and whether they are able to handle these conditions.

As an alternative to bringing an assistance dog, We Have Ways Fest is very happy to provide a PA ticket, which can be requested via email as above

A Personal Assistant ticket can be provided at no extra cost if you require assistance throughout the festival. Once you have purchased your festival ticket, please contact us at wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com to request your free personal assistant ticket.
