Assistance Dogs
We do allow registered Assistance Dogs. If you are bringing an Assistance Dog, please let us know. Send a copy of your Assistance Dog ID card to wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com
Before applying to bring an un-accredited or newly trained dog to the festival, we do ask that you fully consider the environment into which you are taking them. Due to the nature of We Have Ways Fest, it is likely the dog will experience densely crowded areas, high levels of noise from blank-firing artillery, and heavy vehicle movement. Please do think carefully around the welfare of the dog and whether they are able to handle these conditions.
As an alternative to bringing an assistance dog, we are very happy to provide a PA ticket, which can be requested by emailing wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com
Personal Assistants
A Personal Assistant ticket can be provided at no extra cost if you require assistance throughout the festival.
Personal Assistant tickets are provided with the understanding the Personal Assistant is willing and able to assist you throughout the festival, including during an evacuation or other emergency.
Once you have purchased your festival ticket, please contact us at wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com to request your personal assistant ticket.
Accessible Parking
Please let us know if you require accessible parking and we will send you an accessible parking pass to print. On arrival, please follow the signs for accessible parking and have your parking pass on display.
Site Information
Please be aware that We Have Ways Fest is hosted on a green-field site, with some tarmac and hardstanding areas. Ground conditions are therefore weather dependent, and mobility across the site may become compromised.
We do not offer any internal transport due to restrictions on vehicle movement around the site.
Approximate distances between the different venues across the site will be provided as soon as possible.
Accessible Drop Off
If you are arriving by taxi or being dropped off, please follow signs to the accessible parking where you can be dropped off near the accessible entrance.
Check In
Once you have parked, please show your tickets at the check in desk to receive your festival wristband.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets will be available for our festival guests.
Chill Out Area
A safe and low-stimulation area will be available for our festival guests.
Priority Seating
Reserved seating will be available for disabled guests and wheelchair users. Please speak to a volunteer or member of staff at each event venue, and they will direct you to the reserved seating.
Loud Noises
Please be aware that there will be loud firing and vehicle movements throughout the weekend.
Dietary Requirements
Our food vendors offer a range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option
