By purchasing a ticket, ticketholders warrant that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions and the Privacy Notice.
All speakers, vendors and billed attractions including vehicles and hardware are subject to change.
Tickets do not guarantee entrance to talk marquees. Seats in talks marquees are allocated on a first come first served basis and are subject to marquee capacity.
No refunds can be given once a ticket has been purchased. In exceptional circumstances, please contact wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com
If the event is cancelled for any reason, We Have Ways Fest will offer ticket holders either:
Personal arrangements relating to the event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk. We Have Ways Fest shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.
There will be military hardware moving around the site throughout the festival. Ticket holders must follow safety guidance at all times, including but not limited to:
We Have Ways Fest retains the right to remove ticket holders from the festival if they fail to comply with health and safety restrictions.
Ticket holders should be aware that there will be very loud noises from blank-firing artillery throughout the festival. Where possible, We Have Ways Fest will publicise firing times in the Event programme. Exposure to loud noise may cause hearing damage. Ticket holders should take relevant precautions to prevent any damage occurring.
Every person entering the festival is required to have a valid ticket. Tickets are not transferable to other dates or times and not to be offered for resale. R.O.A.R (Right Of Admission Reserved) applies to all ticket types. We Have Ways Fest’s decision on admission to the event is final, regardless of ticket type.
There are a limited number of tickets available. Subject to availability, tickets may be purchased at the gate. Payment will only be accepted by card.
Ticket holders will be given a non-transferable wristband on arrival at the event, which must be worn for the duration of the event.
If purchasing concessionary tickets, the following conditions apply:
Ticket holders can apply for a personal assistant ticket at no extra cost by emailing wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com with their booking reference.
Personal assistants must be over 18 to accompany an adult ticket holder OR children/teens acting as carers must also be accompanied by a responsible adult other than the adult they are directly caring for.
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted onsite. Ticket holders wishing to bring an assistance dog must contact We Have Ways Fest in advance with a copy of their Assistance Dog ID card and details of their training.
Before applying to bring an un-accredited or newly trained dog to the festival, we do ask that you fully consider the environment into which you are taking them. Due to the nature of We Have Ways Fest, it is likely the dog will experience densely crowded areas, high levels of noise from blank-firing artillery, and heavy vehicle movement. Please do think carefully around the welfare of the dog and whether they are able to handle these conditions.
As an alternative to bringing an assistance dog, We Have Ways Fest is very happy to provide a PA ticket, which can be requested via email as above.
Only ticket holders are permitted to park personal cars or motorbikes in the event car park. All vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Ticket holders will not be permitted to bring other large vehicles (such as tractors, lorries, large vans etc.) into the car park.
Parking in the event car park is subject to availability. We Have Ways Fest cannot guarantee parking for ticket holders.
Pets including dogs are not permitted at the event, including in the event car park. See clause 7 for assistance dogs.
All roads within the event are classed as public roads, as such they fall under the various Road Traffic Acts which could lead to prosecutions for driving offences in the event of an incident. In particular (not without limitation):
Each camper, including children, must hold a valid Camping Ticket to camp in the festival campsite. Camping Tickets are per person, not per pitch. Electric hook ups are not provided in the campsite.
Vehicles, with the exception of live-in vehicles, are not permitted to drive onto the campsite and must be parked in the event car park.
Live-in vehicles will be parked in a separate live-in vehicle campsite area. A Caravan/Motorhome Pitch Fee must be purchased for each live-in vehicle. A Camping Ticket must be purchased for each camper (including children under 16) who will be camping with the Live-In Vehicle.
Motorhome/Caravan Pitches are not a specific size. Instead, campers are asked to use common courtesy and not take up any more room than necessary for their immediate party. As a rule of thumb, a pitch should be around 7 x 8m. Live-In Pitches cannot be reserved or booked as they are allocated on a first come first served basis. We Have Ways Fest cannot guarantee that members of the same Group will be allocated adjacent pitches, particularly if they do not travel together.
Electric hook ups are not provided for live-in vehicles.
Glamping terms and conditions will be updated in line with the glamping ticket release.
A challenge 25 policy will be in place on entry and for alcohol sales at the Event. We have zero tolerance for substance abuse and restricted or illegal substances. If substance abuse is suspected then we reserve the right to ask individuals to leave the site.
We want the festival to be a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Harassment, aggression, or abusive behaviour towards our staff, volunteers, participants, and attendees will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the festival site without refund.
The use of photographic equipment is allowed for private domestic purposes only. All other recording and any transmission is prohibited including (without limitation) recording of any data or information relating to the event and/or any ticket holder other than a member of the same group. As a condition of entry to the event, each ticket holder assigns (by way of a present assignment of future copyright) the copyright in any photographs or recordings you make at the event to We Have Ways Fest.
Use of the We Have Ways Fest logo or associated images is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
We Have Ways Fest has zero tolerance for Nazi uniforms, insignia or symbols. We Have Ways Fest reserves the right to remove anyone found breaching this rule. To avoid confusion with invited re-enactors, We Have Ways Fest asks ticket holders not to wear any form of military or Second World War uniform, or accessories.
The following items are NOT permitted at the Event:
It is the responsibility of each ticket holder to check the website before travelling to the event for an up-to-date list of all prohibited Items.
We Have Ways Fest reserves the right to search any/all vehicles and/or persons on arrival and to conduct security searches at any time thereafter as appropriate to ensure the safety of persons at the event.
We Have Ways Fest reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone carrying a prohibited item and/or to confiscate the prohibited item. No refund will be issued to that person if admission is refused and We Have Ways Fest cannot guarantee the safe custody or return of the prohibited item.
By entering the event, each ticket holder consents to having his or her image, voice and likeness captured through photography and film. We Have Ways Fest will own all rights and the footage may be used for promotional materials. This includes the filming by the police or security staff that may be carried out for the security of other ticket holders.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude We Have Ways Fest’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors (as applicable) or any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for We Have Ways Fest to exclude or restrict liability.
All property and items brought into the event by any ticket holder shall be the sole responsibility of and at the sole risk of the ticket holder. We Have Ways Fest will not be liable for any loss or damage to any property including, but not limited to, motor vehicles (including live-in vehicles), tents and other equipment and personal effects, howsoever such loss or damage is caused or sustained.
The Company shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage suffered by any Guest or occupants of any pitch, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
We Have Ways Fest will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can find our Privacy Policy on our website.
CCTV cameras are in operation on the Event. Footage from these cameras may be used at the sole discretion of We Have Ways Fest in accordance with our privacy policy.
