WHWF2026

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket, ticketholders warrant that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions and the Privacy Notice.

  1. PROGRAMME

All speakers, vendors and billed attractions including vehicles and hardware are subject to change.

Tickets do not guarantee entrance to talk marquees. Seats in talks marquees are allocated on a first come first served basis and are subject to marquee capacity.

  1. REFUND POLICY

No refunds can be given once a ticket has been purchased. In exceptional circumstances, please contact wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com

  1. CANCELLATIONS

If the event is cancelled for any reason, We Have Ways Fest will offer ticket holders either:

  1. The opportunity to retain their tickets for a rescheduled date.
  2. A refund for the tickets cancelled.

Personal arrangements relating to the event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk. We Have Ways Fest shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.

  1. HEALTH AND SAFETY RESTRICTIONS

There will be military hardware moving around the site throughout the festival. Ticket holders must follow safety guidance at all times, including but not limited to:

  1. Ticket holders must not touch any military hardware without permission from exhibitors.
  2. Ticket holders must not enter any areas marked as off limits.
  3. Ticket holders must follow the instructions of event staff.

We Have Ways Fest retains the right to remove ticket holders from the festival if they fail to comply with health and safety restrictions.

Ticket holders should be aware that there will be very loud noises from blank-firing artillery throughout the festival. Where possible, We Have Ways Fest will publicise firing times in the Event programme. Exposure to loud noise may cause hearing damage. Ticket holders should take relevant precautions to prevent any damage occurring.

  1. TICKETING

Every person entering the festival is required to have a valid ticket. Tickets are not transferable to other dates or times and not to be offered for resale. R.O.A.R (Right Of Admission Reserved) applies to all ticket types. We Have Ways Fest’s decision on admission to the event is final, regardless of ticket type.

There are a limited number of tickets available. Subject to availability, tickets may be purchased at the gate. Payment will only be accepted by card.

Ticket holders will be given a non-transferable wristband on arrival at the event, which must be worn for the duration of the event.

If purchasing concessionary tickets, the following conditions apply:

  1. Independent Company Weekend tickets and Weekend VIP Tickets will be on sale for one week of presale only. Patreon members will be able to access presale tickets via a link sent to their Patreon registered email address. After the presale period, no further discounts will be given to Patreon members.
  2. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Proof of age may be required and failure to provide a valid ID may result in the ticket holder being refused admission or paying to upgrade their ticket to the correct age bracket.
  3. Student ticket holders must provide a valid student ID. Failure to provide a valid ID may result in the ticket holder being refused admission or paying to upgrade their ticket to the correct age bracket.
  4. Blue Light ticket holders must provide a valid Blue Light Card. Failure to do so may result in the ticket holder being refused admission or paying to upgrade their ticket to the correct ticket.
  5. Military ticket holders must provide a valid Defence Discount Service Card. Failure to do so may result in the ticket holder being refused admission or paying to upgrade their ticket to the correct ticket.
  1. PERSONAL ASSISTANTS

Ticket holders can apply for a personal assistant ticket at no extra cost by emailing wehavewaysfest@goalhanger.com with their booking reference.

Personal assistants must be over 18 to accompany an adult ticket holder OR children/teens acting as carers must also be accompanied by a responsible adult other than the adult they are directly caring for.

  1. ASSISTANCE DOGS

Only registered assistance dogs are permitted onsite. Ticket holders wishing to bring an assistance dog must contact We Have Ways Fest in advance with a copy of their Assistance Dog ID card and details of their training.

Before applying to bring an un-accredited or newly trained dog to the festival, we do ask that you fully consider the environment into which you are taking them. Due to the nature of We Have Ways Fest, it is likely the dog will experience densely crowded areas, high levels of noise from blank-firing artillery, and heavy vehicle movement. Please do think carefully around the welfare of the dog and whether they are able to handle these conditions.

As an alternative to bringing an assistance dog, We Have Ways Fest is very happy to provide a PA ticket, which can be requested via email as above.

  1. VEHICLES & PARKING

Only ticket holders are permitted to park personal cars or motorbikes in the event car park. All vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. Ticket holders will not be permitted to bring other large vehicles (such as tractors, lorries, large vans etc.) into the car park.

Parking in the event car park is subject to availability. We Have Ways Fest cannot guarantee parking for ticket holders.

Pets including dogs are not permitted at the event, including in the event car park. See clause 7 for assistance dogs.

All roads within the event are classed as public roads, as such they fall under the various Road Traffic Acts which could lead to prosecutions for driving offences in the event of an incident. In particular (not without limitation):

  1. DO NOT drink and drive.
  2. Any person driving a vehicle within the event must hold a valid driving licence.
  3. All vehicles within the event must have valid tax, insurance and MOT as appropriate.
  4. A speed limit of 10MPH applies within all areas of the event. Every ticket holder must comply with this speed limit at all times including those using bicycles or other wheeled conveyances.
  5. The roads within the event must be kept clear at all times. Any vehicles blocking the roads will be removed. Emergency vehicles need access to these roads at all times day and night.
  6. Ticket holders park their vehicle(s) in the Event grounds at their own risk. We Have Ways Fest accepts no liability for any damage, theft or loss to the ticket holder’s vehicle(s).
  1. CAMPING TICKETS

Each camper, including children, must hold a valid Camping Ticket to camp in the festival campsite. Camping Tickets are per person, not per pitch. Electric hook ups are not provided in the campsite.

Vehicles, with the exception of live-in vehicles, are not permitted to drive onto the campsite and must be parked in the event car park.

  1. LIVE-IN VEHICLE TICKETS

Live-in vehicles will be parked in a separate live-in vehicle campsite area. A Caravan/Motorhome Pitch Fee must be purchased for each live-in vehicle. A Camping Ticket must be purchased for each camper (including children under 16) who will be camping with the Live-In Vehicle.

Motorhome/Caravan Pitches are not a specific size. Instead, campers are asked to use common courtesy and not take up any more room than necessary for their immediate party. As a rule of thumb, a pitch should be around 7 x 8m. Live-In Pitches cannot be reserved or booked as they are allocated on a first come first served basis. We Have Ways Fest cannot guarantee that members of the same Group will be allocated adjacent pitches, particularly if they do not travel together.

Electric hook ups are not provided for live-in vehicles.

  1. CAMPSITE RULES
    1. Campers must pitch as directed, not encroach on any other pitches and consider fire risk limitation, safety and access. If the pitch is judged to pose a risk to the safety and comfort of others, the camper(s) will be asked to move.
    2. Campers must not camp under powerlines. If pitched under a powerline, the camper(s) will be asked to move to a different location.
    3. Gazebos are permitted on any pitch subject to space being available. In the event of inclement weather the camper may be asked to dismantle the gazebo irrespective of the size or quality. Any camper/group erecting a gazebo does so at their own risk and any damage caused by them is the sole responsibility of that camper/group.
    4. A pitch may only be occupied for recreational purposes and may not be used for any commercial purpose. No unauthorised trading is permitted within the event or event campsite or any public car park and there must be no trading/flyering/placing of posters/stickers without prior written consent from We Have Ways Fest.
    5. We Have Ways Fest reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour and campers must ensure compliance with the directions of event staff. We Have Ways Fest reserves the right to exclude or eject any person from the event or event campsite if it reasonably considers the behaviour of such person to be objectionable, a risk to health and safety or likely to cause any damage or bring the event into disrepute. In this case, no refunds shall be given and the ticket holder who booked shall indemnify the Company against all and any losses, costs, damages, liabilities, claims, demands and expenses suffered or incurred by We Have Ways Fest arising out of any exclusion, ejection, or termination under this clause.
    6. Campers must remove all items from their pitch and dispose of any rubbish in the designated waste disposal areas.
    7. Camping stoves using small, disposable gas canisters are permitted. Please only bring enough gas canisters for your needs over the weekend. BBQ’s, camp fires, fire pits or other items deemed as a high fire risk are not permitted.
    8. In the event of very hot weather/dry ground conditions, We Have Ways Fest and its representatives reserve the right to prohibit the use of camping stoves for safety reasons.
    9. Campers must not use camping stoves or cooking inside their tent, awning or vehicle.
    10. Campers must not use cooking equipment inside their tent, awning or vehicle for warmth.
    11. Campers must not carry tall flag poles whilst walking in the proximity of power lines.
    12. Campers must only drink water from the designated water points.
    13. Cutting or damaging trees and other vegetation is strictly prohibited and the natural conditions of the event grounds are not to be disturbed. This includes tying ropes to, or driving nails into trees.
    14. Anyone under the age of 18 must be properly supervised at all times.
  1. GLAMPING

Glamping terms and conditions will be updated in line with the glamping ticket release.

A challenge 25 policy will be in place on entry and for alcohol sales at the Event. We have zero tolerance for substance abuse and restricted or illegal substances. If substance abuse is suspected then we reserve the right to ask individuals to leave the site.

FESTIVAL RULES

We want the festival to be a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Harassment, aggression, or abusive behaviour towards our staff, volunteers, participants, and attendees will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the festival site without refund.

  17. Any and all items that are deemed by We Have Ways Fest or its representatives/employees as dangerous, offensive or unsuitable for the safe environment of the event.
