The nearest local train station is Bicester North, which has regular trains from London Marylebone and Birmingham Moor Street.

In addition, Milton Keynes and Banbury station are not far.

FROM THE SOUTH

Follow M40 to A43/B430 in Oxfordshire.

At junction 10, take the A43/B430 exit to Northampton/Middleton Stoney.

Continue on A43 and follow directions to Stowe.

At Stowe School turn left onto Dadford Road.

Turn right at Blackpit Farm into the festival site.

FROM THE NORTH

Follow M1 to A43 in Northamptonshire. Take exit 15A from M1.

At junction 15A, take the A43 exit.

Continue on the A43.

At Towcester Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Towcester Byp/A43.

At Abthorpe Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A43.

Take the exit towards Stowe/Dadford.

Merge onto Dadford Rd.

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Dadford Rd.

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Dadford Rd.

Turn left into Blackpit Farm into the festival site.

To collect your festival wristband and enter the site, you will need your QR code which was sent by Eventbrite by email. You do not need this to be printed out.

If you are on the guest list, please arrive at the same entrance and speak to a member of staff.

Camping guests will be able to arrive on site from 10:00am on Friday 22nd July to set up their tents and access the shower cubicles.

All guests may arrive from Friday 22nd July to collect their wristbands and attend the day’s entertainment.

Friday: 1pm – 10pm.

Saturday: 9am – 10pm.

Sunday: 9am – 5pm.

The main field will be closed from 11pm each day.

The speaker schedule will be available online and will be on display at the festival.

There will be food and drink available at the festival throughout the weekend.

All food and drink vendors will accept cash and card payments.

Please check with each vendor for their opening and close times as this may vary, guests are welcome to bring their own food and drink.

There is a bar onsite selling a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks.

This year the Supply Depot is extending, there’ll be more than a dozen independent retailers selling a variety of goods.

There will be a bookshop on site which will include books of all our speakers. There will also be a modelling store on site.

There will be a series of book signings throughout the weekend from speakers, information of this will be available at the Supply Depot.

THERE ARE NO DOGS ALLOWED ON SITE. ANYONE BRINGING DOGS WILL BE TURNED AWAY

Hardware

Please be aware, large Second World War military hardware will be in use throughout the weekend. Listen to all safety guidance given by festival staff. Do not touch any hardware without prior consent from the exhibitors.

Zero tolerance

The festival does not condone the use or sale of controlled or illegal substances. Anyone found to be in breach of this policy will be asked to leave the festival.

Uniforms

To avoid confusion with invited re-enactors, please do not attend the festival wearing any form of military or Second World War uniform, we have zero tolerance to Nazi uniforms, insignia or symbols. We reserve the right to remove anyone breaching this regulation.
